I’ve “solved” it by copying the whole site locally and made countless tests. At least for me the problem was in two-parts. Yes, I’ve tried the cron stuff as well.
1. Some feeds never completed.
Solution: Deactivated A plugin called “Members”.2. Server resources 100% for 1-2 hours while generating feed.
Solution: Weirdest thing. By a coincidence I found out that after clicking “generate feed” icon, immediately click away from the page, I clicked Dashboard->Home. Works every time. But if I stay on the feed page something starts. Thanks, unfortunately there’s no difference for me having cPanel doing the cron stuff. Tried generating a feed with 8 products, took 1,5 hours until I aborted it, server completely unreachable while generating feed. I run this on a mid to high end Inmotion VPS server so resources shouldn’t be a problem.
@petrospapathomas Did you solve it? My feeds do often finish but our customers can’t access our site for about 20-30 minutes while generating the feed due to Server limits exhausted (server timeout).
Awesome guys!
I am using the shortcodes on some pages.
Restrict content Version 3.0.4
PHP version 8.0.18I remember 7-8 months back when had the exact same errors from the restrictcontent.php that, back then,(before 2.2.10) had the exact same “if statement cluster” in the beginning of the file as shortcodes.php do now.
This was my request back then:

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Display prices without VATI did not know about the price override, that’s awesome, it does fix my problem although with some work.
Yes, my base address is in a EU country so that makes sense.
Consider implementing a “generate prices without vat” option. There’s a lot of Europeans out there that wants to sell outside of the EU, and when they do, 0% vat are to be added.
Have a great day

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Display prices without VATHi,
Thanks for a quick answer. Hmm I understand. Where does your plugin get that 25% from that is added on our facebook products? In “tax rates” our store has 0% VAT added, except EU countries which have 25% added. Maybe your plugin chooses a EU country as a basis for VAT calculation when generating the feed?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Svea Checkout for WooCommerce] Only show Sweden in checkoutI’ll send you a ticket as this is not the behavior we’re getting at our checkout. Thanks.

In reply to: [Svea Checkout for WooCommerce] Only show Sweden in checkoutThat would narrow the countries down on all our checkouts, not just Svea checkout. We use Svea specifically for Swedish customers when the Swedish language is chosen.
I thought that “Country availability” and “Specific Countries” Was meant to narrow the checkout down to a Specific country so it wouldn’t be cluttered with unused countries.
Ok thanks
Well, you are correct. I got it to work! no more post-editing. Must have made something wrong the first time around that made me think it could only replace whole words. The attributes I’m pretty sure I could replace them with an “&” and no browser won’t mind. Thank you!
I’ve tried it but I don’t think it’s possible to replace just a part of a url, right?
Just as an example:
<g:link>https://mydomain.com/shop/myproduct/?attribute_pa_color=pink&attribute_pa_coverage=full-coverage&utm_term=22638</g:link>I want to remove attribute_pa_coverage=full-coverage and change https://mydomain.com/shop/ to https://mydomain.com/za/shop/ so that it becomes
<g:link>https://mydomain.com/za/shop/myproduct/?attribute_pa_color=pink&&utm_term=22638</g:link>
This is an example but I’m using it in a similar way.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Is Yoast 200mb Mysql normal?Hi,
Nothing too crazy, it’s a moderate e-commerce site600 products (half of which are translations)
39 pages (half of which are translations)
6 posts (half of which are translations)12 attributes (half of which are translations)
106 attribute termsJust thought those tables stood out in our database but maybe it’s normal.
