Now my challenge is that it’s asking for:
A Category-Related Field Is Missing: google_product_category, size
and
A Category-Related Field Is Missing: google_product_category, genderI already have those two mapped but not sure why it’s now wanting it to be linked to the google product category.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Internal server Error editing productsI’m having the same issue on my site. I can’t turn off all plugins as I do not have time to re-enable and reprogram every one of them. I did delete all latest added plugins but still having the error. Would be helpful to know why is happening as I have products I need to add to the site.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Failed Orders – Fake InformationSame thing happened to my site yesterday. Same fake address. Two orders back to back that resulted in “Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached”
Any idea what this could be? Almost like like a broad attack attempting data breech?
I’m unfortunately using hostgator and have wanted to switch due to speed issues, this may be the push of they are allowing attacks like these.

Hi Marcus,
I had my marketing person re-install everything and it was working fine for about 4 days when it started throwing the same error. Did so from Friday until yesterday midday…then today, the error cleared again. The “add-on” extension would be in WooCommerce? Or at the browser level? My Pixel ID is 642399856470119.
Thanks for all the help!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Server Sending Invalid Match Key ParametersWell..that was quick! This is what Facebook responded with:
We have received your inquiry about Facebook Pixel showing no activity log for the last 12 days. I understand how this is important to you. Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention to ensure proper resolution is sought and provided accordingly. I am more than happy to assist you.
We looked into the screenshot that you have provided and we see that there is an error message that says “your parameter and referring URL are displayed as removed”. It seems that the Facebook Pixel was implemented through a Partner Integration Woocommerce.
In these cases the Facebook Pixel implementation is handled by the 3rd party’s platform. We do not specialize in these platforms which is why we can not provide support for them. We can only assist with Facebook Pixel implementation when the Facebook Pixels code is directly placed on the website’s code. This gives us the ability to visually find the Facebook Pixel in the website’s code and pinpoint the source of the issue.
We do not have the same debugging flexibility when the Facebook Pixel is implemented via 3rd Party Tag Manager/Integration because the Facebook Pixel code is either hidden or is manipulated to make it compatible with the Tag Manager/Partner Integration Platform.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Server Sending Invalid Match Key ParametersHi there,
Just letting you know that I also reached out to Facebook about a few issues I’m seeing. My View Content is now showing the same error message “Server Sending Invalid Match Key Parameters” but when I test the event, it seems to work fine. The Page View trigger is also saying that it hasn’t received any recent activities for over 12 days, but again, the test event works fine and the Facebook Pixel Helper also shows “green” for both Page View and View Content…so I’m not sure what these weird anomalies are about…
Hopefully Facebook responds quickly!
Hi all,
I fixed this by abandoning that old pixel and generating a total new one. I also deleted the plugin. Then I copied the new Pixel Code directly onto the <head> before reinstalling the app. That fixed the issue…but unfortunately I now have data from two different pixels – which isn’t ideal, but I’m hoping this new one doesn’t crash one me again.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Missing Required Information From DeveloperSending my info as well as this didn’t work for me. Got the Something went wrong when connecting to Facebook! Please try again.
Although I can see the WooCommerce app within Facebook > Settings and Privacy > Business Integrations – so it is getting linked to FB, but somehow WooCommerce is having issues with it.
Hi there,
My WooCommerce Facebook pixel lost connection all together – I guess it had been over a 5 days since it last communicated with FB. I tried deactivating the app, but no luck, so I had to re-install it. I now get this error when the app tries to link up to Facebook.Missing Required Information From Developer
There are missing information required to setup the connection correctly. Please reach out to the developer for more information.- This reply was modified 4 years, 2 months ago by fcrowe.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] WooCommerce not connecting to FBHey there,
It goes on and off – just today, I had to delete the plugin and reinstall everything – so spent a couple of hours rebuilding everything. It’s unfortunate that it’s not more reliable…
