It is now 11:30PM CST?—?going to the Visitor Insights page, I counted 131 Visitors and 131 Visits (the visits, on average about about 150-175% the number of visitors.) However, the Traffic Overview is still showing the exact same values as those in the image above for Today and Yesterday. The Total views is ***way off***. It should be in the high 200K range.

This is what is happening (below). When I checked the page earlier today – it looked like it was working okay. It is now 6:40 PM CST and this is what is being displayed. The Today entry is locked at 0. Last night it stayed that way all night long. At first I thought it might have something to do with preferences – and Site Health had flagged something with a GDPR setting which I corrected.

Before I ran across this problem, my overall visits seemed to be increasing, but the Visitors/Views are showing an almost 25% drop-off. [The Active Now is probably *me* and the widget is not supposed to be tracking the Admin (me).

    I can’t figure this out.

Hi —?sorry about the delay. That worked too! Great! Thank you!

I didn’t realize the Autoptimize options were on the edit page (I had been bypassing it by going straight to Edit with Elementor.)

I feel much better about how this is going to work and I can lazy load all the rest of my site (which is considerable!!)

    Thanks again! — Fox

I solved the issue! [Without switching themes!]

Gallery Plus! is a jquery driven widget (which might have something to do with the lazy loading).

Going into Autoptimize > Images, I turned off the option labelled “Lazy-load images?”. Retested the page and it works!

Now the question is: why? Why does lazy loading affect the gallery layout? Is there any way to fix the gallery so it works with Autoptimize/lazy loading? I’m only using the Gallery Plus! widget on one page out of about 320 pages, all of which have images. [Will Elements Plus! programmers even see this?]

I am too chicken to try to change themes, even temporarily. I need my store site to be live 24/7 (and I’ve broken it before which took days to repair.) Is there any other way to check out possible problems? If I have to change themes, what’s the safest way to do so? …and keep any potential customers out of it?

    Hi @leap13

I am having the same issue —?that notice simply will not go away. Deactivating all the other plugins (except Elementor and Premium Addons) did not work. Is there a phpmyadmin flag that can be turned off? If so, how do I find it?

The site is running a Freestore (Kaira) child theme. All plugins current and up to date.

    Hi,

I think what I’m referring to is something different. If I go to Woocommerce > Reports > Orders > Sales by Product, I get what I’m used to. The calendar range selection is there. THIS is the page I USED to get from Dashboard > Woocommerce Status and click on the product (Top seller this month) option.

Since the last update, clicking the dashboard link takes me to the “new analytics” products page. Today, all I’m getting is “There was an error getting your stats. Please try again.” when I’m first sent to the page and every time I try to update the settings. I click the try again button and I get the page I’m supposed to get. There is a “Date Range” option. There are Presets and Custom and none of these options can be edited/customized. Presets are: Today, Week to Date, Month to Date, Quarter to Date, Year to Date; then an option to Compare To (Previous Period/Previous Year), but there is NO calendar option.

This Analytics setup is poorly presented and difficult to use and doesn’t easily provide me with the information I really want to have.

On the older reports page, there is that notice that the Reports are being replaced by the “new and better Analytics section” —?I beg to differ. It’s slow and it’s buggy (crashes a lot requiring reloading – a general error page and sometimes a 500 server error).

I am not going to change my theme on a site with over 280 products as well as dozens of other pages. I tried that once before —?the new theme generally breaks, but what’s worse is going back to the original theme also causes issues requiring repair (I use Elementor heavily as well as other add-on options, including the classic editor, and avoid Gutenberg entirely). I simply cannot afford the interruptions. I don’t know if I could stage a duplicate of my site on my (shared) hosting account.

If you want to test things out with the theme, I’m using FreeStore (Kaira).

I apologize for being a pain… I really don’t have enough time to deal with everything I have to deal with AND the website!

I’m so sorry! Time got ahead of me and it must have slipped my mind about responding.

Yes, changing wp_wc_admin_notes to actioned seems to have worked. I no longer see the nag appearing anywhere.

Your help is very much appreciated! Thank you very much.

    Stay safe!

    @3sonsdevelopment
Thank you for the tip about wp phpmyadmin, I appreciate it! Good to have! However, when I checked the remove-legacy-coupon-menu value, it is already set to ‘actioned’. The banner still persists.

I installed Wordfence Assistant and used it to delete any leftover files. It worked an I was able to re-install Wordfence. It was considerably easier to deal with than the complete manual instructions.

For anyone else who needs help with this topic:
    – Install “Wordfence Assistant” plugin.
    – Click on “Disable Wordfence Firewall” button to remove the firewall related files/entries in “.htaccess”/.user.ini file.
    – Click on “Delete all Wordfence Data and Tables”.
    – Connect to your website via SFTP/FTP to delete the plugin folder from (/wp-content/plugins/) directory [if it’s still there after removing Wordfence].

I tried removing Wordfence and reinstalling it, but it didn’t work. I got the same error when I tried to activate the new copy. I’m in a little over my head. I looked at my db with phpMyAdmin and don’t find any of the Wordfence db entries.

Are there known plugin conflicts with Wordfence?
