Hi @rinpocse91 ,
Yes, it’s possible.
- You can create the staging site.
- Install Astra and Elementor on staging site. Create pages or do theme customization.
- Divi theme is deactivated when you activate the Astra theme.
- Push to Live is a PRO feature. You may need the PRO version to do this.
- Please read the documentation https://wp-staging.com/docs/skip-woocommerce-orders-and-products/ for Woocommerce data.

Hi @sobreak ,
There are two ways to do this.
- Manually and you can follow the documentation https://wp-staging.com/migrate-wordpress-staging-site-to-production-site/. Please do it if you have some technical knowledge.
- Automatic and you can do this using WP Staging PRO. Here is the documentation https://wp-staging.com/docs/copy-staging-site-to-live-site/.

Hi @mukape ,
We have already shared the feature request with the dev team. Once we develop this, we will have a better change tracking or log system in WP Staging.
Thanks sharing the request.

Hi @chanduvivayic ,
We need to see the exact error message you get while deleting the template kit from Elementor. However, the issue does not relate to WP Staging.
Please try regenerating CSS files. I hope this fixes the layout issue. Follow the documentation https://wp-staging.com/docs/elementor-issues-layout-design-broken-after-pushing/.

Hi @herdhood ,
The staging is experiencing error 500. This could be due to other incompatible plugins or a script conflict. Please enable debug mode on the staging site by following https://wp-staging.com/docs/enable-wordpress-debug-log-mode/. After this, we can see the exact error message in
wp-content/debug.log
,error_log
?or a folder/logs
?. Then you can resolve the issue. Please open a free support ticket by filling out this form so we can investigate this issue for you.

Hi @sarojrose ,
Are you using Elementor Cloud service? I could see the Elementor Cloud CNAME record https://monosnap.com/file/nEnwLW4DfoEoUHqAnecUBjAjheZvEs. Unfortunately, it’s not a compatible hosting service with WP Staging. Read more here https://wp-staging.com/docs/list-of-compatible-hosting-providers/#Elementor_Cloud.
Your primary host is Hostinger, and it’s compatible with WP Staging. I can recommend you use Hostinger. It’s compatible with WP Staging.

Hi @michhes ,
Thanks for using the WP Staging. Since you restored the production backup using updraft. It has included the wpstg0_ tables and the staging site’s directory and missed the connection column.
You can safely delete the database tables and directories following https://wp-staging.com/docs/cleanup-and-delete-staging-sites/.
There is a better to reconnect the existing site to the production site by following https://wp-staging.com/docs/reconnect-staging-site-to-production-website/.

Hi @freshymichael,
I hope the issue is resolved.
The staging site is hosted on your production site’s hosting company. It’s stored in a sub-directory. So, if the production site is example.com stored in the root directory. Then, the staging site example.com/staging is stored in the subdirectory of the root with the name “staging”.
I hope it helps. Please get back to us if there’s any issue.
