In reply to: Importing Old SQL exportSo… I would need to download a 2005ish version of WordPress… and then set up a local webserver on my machine to install it? (since nowhere online will let me install wordpress from 2005).
There is no way to open a support ticket at that URL that I can see. It’s a link to search the documentation.
My stats now start from today instead of January 2020 (site has been running since Jan 2019).
Is this correct? Does jetpack only display stats from when the plugin is enabled?

UPDATE:
I changed the settings in WordPress so that the URL did not have the www prefix.
I never use www on any of my sites, so I’m unsure why it was set that way. Since I changed that I have been able to activate jetpack and it’s now back in my wordpress dashboard.
Back to where I was, now just waiting on the stats to populate to see if they are correct…

In reply to: WordPress importer not importing commentsIt does import comments usually. It states this in the xml file. I have other files I have imported with comments intact ??
