I use h4 for related posts titles, h2 for related posts text title and h3 for author box name. If you don’t use author box, and if you can exclude h4 and h2 then it will work, I just tested it locally and it’s working: https://prntscr.com/oqltiw

In reply to: [Expand Divi] Table of Content should not show headlines from Related PostsHi, I don’t see how I can prevent that. That plugin is checking everything on the post content area and looking for the headings that you selected to be included in the table.
What you can do here is to use the plugin settings to exclude h4 tags, that is what I’m using as the related posts titles.
