There is a hotfix out in an update waiting for them on your plugins screen that should fix this issue.

In reply to: [Membership Plugin - Restrict Content] No longer a Stripe partner?Hi. Thanks for the heads up about that missing verification. RC and RCP sure are Stripe partners. I will share this with our product manager to get records updated. We actually are in the process of updating the API integration with Stripe and by using the Stripe API, security remains strong. All payment card info an related data is stored on Stripe’s servers – not RC’s, RCP’s or your installation.

In reply to: [Membership Plugin - Restrict Content] Membership Status ChangeHi there. The “never expire” setting is not the deciding factor – or it’s not supposed to be as the software was written.
Stripe is the payment gateway that Restrict Content has so I’ll refer to that gateway here though other gateways do retry to get payment. Ordinarily, Stripe retries several times to get the payment to go through and then sends a message to RC to “Expire” the membership so the customer would no longer have access to content. If RC and Stripe are not configured effectively, then RC and the payment gateway will not communicate back and forth causing a breakdown.
Hope this clarifies things a bit. Let me know.
Yes. Trial period is available with the Pro version. Have you considered, using a negative sign-up fee as an alternative? This fee would impact the first billing payment. Thereafter the customer would pay the normal premium.

In reply to: [Membership Plugin - Restrict Content] missing membership levelsHi. Please clarify a bit more. I am assuming that you mean that you do not see your Member Level plans on your registration form. Please correct me if I am wrong.
What kind of Member Levels have you set up? RCP is working on a fix to display free Member Levels if you also have Trial Member Levels set up.
If it’s a different situation, like you are adding Member Levels in the WordPress dashboard > Restrict > Member Levels and they literally disappear – this would be a database issue.
If you have a plugin that caches or minifies code in your installation, be sure to exclude your registration page, login page amd member account page from being cached or minified. And of course make sure you have Restrict Content and Stripe properly connected. See: https://help.ithemes.com/hc/en-us/articles/4412156807707-Getting-Started-with-Restrict-Content-3-0
