Please kindly add the following line on the Order Meta field under the Custom Order Fields:
_wcpdf_invoice_number
_wcpdf_invoice_date_formatted

This will show both options on the Order Fields.

You would need to do some manual adjustment here. For the order, you would need to remove the store credit refund and change the order status to processing.
Then, you would be able to see the refund option again. You can also make the refund from your payment platform dashboard, eg Stripe Dashboard.Forum: Plugins

Unfortunately, we currently do not have a feature that allows restricting the discount specifically to the first item of each product.
