Hey! What about me? Just kidding, kinda. I can update posts with no problem. My blog works fine, aside from my update button problem, as far as I know.

I deactivated them before the upgrade, as per the upgrade instructions, and I just checked. They remain inactive.

OK. I created an account on WordPress.com and got an API key. Again, I get the same NOT FOUND message when I try to update after entering the API key.

Thanks Otto. I understand that now, but the API key should show up on my own blog account profile. I tried that first, as instructed. Not only is it not on my profile page, but I can’t update my profile page either… could there be a problem with my new install of 2.7? When I try to update my profile I get an Error message:

The requested URL /myURL/wp-admin/(EmptyReference!) was not found on this server.

I have posted this this problem too. I can’t see any missing files from the install in wp-admin.

The message was:

The requested URL /myURL/wp-admin/(EmptyReference!) was not found on this server. Doesn’t that mean that the update button hasn’t addressed the file properly?

That would be great, but for some reason, my username and email address are not recognized any more! I can’t even request a password!!!!

I just installed 2.7 and am getting a Not Found error when trying to update my profile. My wp-admin folder’s contents match the folder that I downloaded.
