Hi Kriti,

I really need to customize this option for my website. I need all the platform teachers to access the results page of the Quiz and Survey Master Plugin.

Could you please tell me how can I do that?

Also, lp-instructor role i.e teachers have the capability of creating quizzes from the back-end so why can’t they access the results page. This is what appears for them: https://imgur.com/Em13Zqg

But I don’t think you understood my problem completely. So, let me explain again.

If I sign in into the wordpress dashboard as an administrator I can see a sub-menu of results under Quizzes/Surveys menu item. But when I sign in as a lp-teacher into the wordpress dashboard I don’t see this option.

This is clearly a user capability issue and has nothing to do with the theme or plugin compatibility.

Could you please help me show this result option to all the teacher role on my website?

But assuming that no1 knows your plugin better than your team, we expect to get support in this integration.

Yea, I was able to solve the issue. Once I reduced the line-height of the input text to zero it starting showing up correctly on the safari browser. And it was already working fine on all of the others.

You are right here.. I am using a plugin called equivalent mobile redirect for letting this happen deliberately. I have had made 2 diffetent pages for both the devices to make it function that way. This thing apart.. i am quite sure this is not causing any issue with the form.

Please suggest me something why is this happening only with the safari browser. I have used wp-form in the last section of this page here – https://divasgupta.com

We are using the WCFM free version.
No, I didn’t edit any order manually.

I did check the log, but there wasn’t any error generated during order submission.

We are using Woocommerce 3.8.0 and WCFM WooCommerce Frontend Manager 6.3.3

Moreover, even with using the wc marketplace dashboard the mails were not being sent to the vendor on placement of any order. Nor does he get any notifications on the dashboard.

I did what you suggested, and yes the dashboard seems to be working fine. But I would really like if I could again use the previous setup i.e WC marketplace with woocommerce frontend dashboard without any errors or problem.

and there I saw you have told him to do some sort of settings. Could you please clarify what exactly that option does and if I can benefit from it either?

We worked around that problem by using the plugin’s “On Element Click” functionality and its better than what we expected. Its a great feature, making your plugin our first choice for PWA.

Although we are facing another issue now. Once the web app gets downloaded, there are two unexpected things that happen:

1. According to my understanding, pages should open instantly in the downloaded app if they are marked “stale while Revalidate” (loading content in the background). But they take quite a long time to load say 4-5 seconds…thus killing the whole app-like experience. How can we let all pages open instantly, and load and update in the background? (We are currently using ‘Stale while Revalidate’ option for caching strategy)

2. Although Standalone is selected for app display look, all of the pages appear in Minimal Browser mode except the home page. Eg- https://bestpsychiatristsaharanpur.in/members and, https://bestpsychiatristsaharanpur.in/activity.

This also breaks the app feel and we don’t know why it’s behaving this way.

Could you please share the expected timeline for these releases?

Also, how can we define multiple offline pages for the PWA? Each page is loading in approx 3secs which is counter-intuitive to the whole app appeal.

Is there a setting that I am using wrong or something that I can setup so that it behaves like an application(preloaded content on each page, that gets updated in the background). I am not using any Cache plugin currently.

This worked and displayed the “Add to home screen” button.

One problem though, if a user closes the pop-up… it doesn’t appear again even if the user closes the tab and revisits the website.
As a solution, We have built a “download app” button which we would like to link to “Add to Home Screen” function.

If the user wants, he can download any time.
Can you help?
