In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] ‘There has been a critical error on your website.’Again, thanks Marcus,
PHP is already at 1024mb
I updated the plugin and all was OK until PayPal Pro Hosted updated.
Need to investigate further but hopefully it’s just an issue with the latter!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] ‘There has been a critical error on your website.’Sorry @marcusskyverge , I missed your response. for some reason, despite it being set I’m not getting notifications for replies.
I’ve checked back, I received no error emails. The critical error only came up as you hit checkout, everything else worked fine until you press checkout.
I’ve just kept the plugin disabled, after losing money on a double refund and several failed orders I can’t risk losing any more sales.
I see that there’s been an update as of today so I’ll test it later. And that’s exactly what happened in my case and possibly in yours too.
yes, @ashucg that’s exactly what happened and unfortunately I can’t void the second refund
Thanks @christineskyverge for getting onto it quickly
Be careful,
refunds ARE going through, it’s not updating anything to say it’s worked.
Just checked my PayPal account and can see I’ve refunded a customer twice, which shouldn’t be possible… thanks facebookSame here – WARNING – refunds ARE going through, it’s not updating anything to say it’s worked.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woo 4.4.1 > PayPal Pro Hosted not connecting@benedict101 Rocket Loader bypass sorted it. Thanks so much for your help and a solution, it’s really appreciated. Have a virtual beer on me ??

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woo 4.4.1 > PayPal Pro Hosted not connectingMy apologies @benedict101 @mikestraw for some reason I didn’t get any notifications of your replies.
My customers use every browser, OS, phone, tablet etc.
Not had a single successful order. Same in test mode, it just hangs indefinitely. My temp workaround was to install Woocommerce PayPal Checkout – it’s saved my business. I have to say, visually it’s a far more elegant checkout and not having to enter card type etc. is nice. downside is it’s awkward as customers have to re-enter all their address details so I’m keen for Pro Hosted to be resolved.
@mikestraw: If you can check in your browser console for any JavaScript errors, that may help us narrow down this issue further.
Safari and Chrome no errors
@ benedict101: For me the issue was caused by Cloudflare’s Rocket Loader feature, adding a bypass rule to the checkout page seems to have resolved it.
Fantastic – I’ll give this a try now…

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Regression: can’t select order rowsthanks @ben72, i’ll check it out. I am really missing this

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Regression: can’t select order rowsHmmm… doesn’t look like it will be restored.
Shame, it was really quick and useful for things like editing an order for exchanges.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [WooCommerce] Regression: can’t select order rows@ben72 I too used to use this ‘feature’ a lot.
It was also really useful being able to highlight rows when refunding specific items out of a large order.
Hopefully it will be reintroduced.
@fernashes I will check out the Github discussions now…Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Contact Form 7 reCAPTCHA Extension] Recaptcha v3 not working so wellBRING BACK V2 OPTION [waves pitchfork]
Yup, doesn’t work at all – lots of spam.
I think there’s more to installation than simply the API Keys.
Something about adding stuff to certain HTML headers and JavaScript files?
And then there’s a background learning curve/spam rating thing?
No thanks. I just want to install, hit go and be relatively spam free. I would imagine I’m not alone…Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woo / PayPal Pro Hosted randomly not connectingHi Hannah,
Yes, the error is still occurring. Had two today. Once customer i managed to salvage, the other went elsewhere.
I’m at a loss as to what to do.
