In reply to: [Link Library] New ApplicationYannick,
Sounds encouraging.
If I can get through the process, I should be able to restore the function to my site at least.
Once I show you what I am doing, maybe we can take it further.

Fred

In reply to: Read More Doesn’t Work / Excerpt Field Doesn’t Appear in the EditorThanks for the info, Joy!
I will look into that HTML you gave.
They would probably never even know that other information was there if it followed the table. And for some of them, that information could be very valuable.
Maybe someone will come up with a third party block or plugin.

Fred

In reply to: Read More Doesn’t Work / Excerpt Field Doesn’t Appear in the EditorJoy and Michael,
Thanks for the response.
The ‘Page Break’ and ‘Next Page’ tags won’t work in this case because I want to keep everything on the same page.
The end result I seek is to display the first paragraph followed by a link [that will unhide the remaining paragraphs], and the table just after that link.
This way, when someone accesses the page, they will see the top of that table. The hidden information (the second through the fifth paragraphs) can be accessed by clicking the link.
My fear is that if they don’t see the table [with those links to the information] they won’t hang around long enough to find it (they won’t know it is there).
Thanks for the feedback.
Regards,
Fred

In reply to: [Link Library] Table Instead of BulletsI put target=\”_blank\” in that field.
It seems to work.
Thanks for your help.
You did get that I am also a ham radio operator (I found your listing on QRZ)?

In reply to: [Link Library] Table Instead of BulletsNow that I have the table built, I notice that [when clicking on the links] it goes to that link in the same browser tab.
Is there any way to option it so that the link opena in a new browser tab?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Link Library] Table Instead of BulletsOk, I solved it.
Under the ‘Library Settings’, ‘Advanced’ tabs, there is a ‘before’ field just after image.
It was set to this value: ‘<td style=’width:50%’>’.
I changed the 50% to 20%. So I saved it as this: ‘<td style=’width:20%’>’.
If you look at the page now, it appears as I wanted it to.
Thanks,73 de WB4AEJ (yes, I am a fellow amateur radio operator).

In reply to: [Link Library] Table Instead of BulletsOn other thing, I couldn’t get the buttons I had to push [to get through your procedure] to respond when using the DuckDuckGo browser.
I had to use Safari.
Then, it worked just fine.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Link Library] Table Instead of BulletsThat worked nicely.
The only remaining issue that I see is wonder why the first two columns are so wide yet the last three are so narrow.
Take a quick look at the page.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Link Library] Table Instead of BulletsI went to presets and clicked on ‘Apply Layout 4’.
Then I clicked on the ‘Save’ button at the bottom of the page.
I reloaded the page with the links on it. It was still bulleted.
Then I clicked on the ‘Advanced’ tab.
I did not find anything that even looked like the ‘repetitions for table cells’ that you described. And nothing that was set to the value of ‘2’.
I looked on the other tabs trying to find it with no luck.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Link Library] Table Instead of BulletsThere are 49 entries now.
But there will be fifty.
I am still figuring out how to get to preset #4 as I have just installed yiur plugin. I am still in the early stages of how to use it.Forum: Plugins
