On my site, https://www.fathershand.org, the plugins I have are:
Akismet – Not Activated
Easy Contact
Flash Video Player – version 5.0.4
Qoate Newsletter Signup – version 2.0
WP-Mail-SMTP – version 0.8.6

These are the plugins on my site. I maintain another site with different plugins. On my site, https://www.fathershand.org I had to disable the Qoate Newsletter widget because it doesn’t send all the extra parameters needed to my ListMail Pro software. However, the Newsletter Subscribe on the Website register page is working OK on this site, but not all all on the other site that I manage, https://www.miraclejesus.com

Have you tried to turn WP_DEBUG on and see what errors you get?

I have the same problem on a site that was upgraded to WP 3.0.1. I think that there is some kind of interference with some other plugins, but I’m not sure. I hope the plugin writer will see this and help us to fix it.

I got the same error. Change the value on line 134 to 98000000. I don’t know the answer for the other problem.
