I think that you can post permalinks to pages when they are written as a page, but not to pages with posts to flag the page. If that is what you mean, Nita.
In other words, what I see you asking is this:

May I apply a permalink to a page, and have that page of posts permalinked?

Of course, if you are looking to turn off the permalinks to the posts, I did that once by accident. I can look through the forums and find that post.

But, again, if you are looking to link to pages of posts, I think you would be better off archiving and doing it that way.

Am I understanding you?

Personal Bias against Dreamhost, but that was my experience. Your mileage may vary. They have faithfulls on both sides of the fence, Good and bad. Mine unfortunately was bad and I am a sworn enemy for life.

I am now with BlueHost and because of the allow_url_fopen() functionality, I am seriously considering:

Plus, A small Orange has 24 hour customer service via e-mail.

Literally, while I was on the phone with BlueHost, I dropped an e-mail to A Small Orange, they replied, and then I asked another question, they responded to that and BlueHost still had me on hold. And ity was the exact same question.

Plus, A Small Orange are a wee bit less expensive.

Again. . . caveat emptor. Your mileage may vary.

There are a couple of things going on at first glance, not that this will help with your immediate problem, but you will have to do it eventually, so. . .

Your Feeds links in the foother need to be looked at.

feed:https://www.29twelve.com/blog/index.php/feed/

Take out the initial

“feed:”

They will dead end on you.

Try looking in your Options page and making sure that the pages all point where you want them to.

Look for some writing that says this:

“If you want your blog homepage to be different than the directory you installed WordPress in, enter that address here.”

That make any sence?
I made that mistake when I started out.

I had my blog in one place and I had the options pointing somewhere else.

I went crazy until I read some of Podz tutorials.

in the address. That was me registering
and logging in to make sure I wasn’t full of baloney.

then look to see that

is not used in the code.

is used, the replace the

in the coding and then you can use the apostrophe

I ran into this problem and it worked for me.

Make sure that it is reflected properly in your General Options
