Thanks for the prompt reply – I have solved the critical error – it wasn’t to do with your plugin (sorry!). – it was an old php on the server – so have updated that and critical error gone.

Still getting those errors about the textdomain thing though from your plugin – it’s not taking the site down though as you said.

How would we share a login for the site on this public forum? Is there a way to contact you outside this? To access the documents you need to be logged in.

Thanks very much. However, changing the rules to these new ones has not changed anything. All the files still go to a pda_404 when clicked.

Any other ideas?

Folllowed that link and got a reply today saying that they don’t support intagrate. Was sent to another form on https://intagrate.io/support/

It is impossible to fill in that form on the site as it requires a download of data that I cannot provide – the “settings” in intagrate does not have a download option.

please advise what to do now.

My god, it works! Thanks for pointing out it needed to be a wholesale customer role. I had taken it for granted that the Administrator would be able to see the wholesale prices. Thanks heaps. Pretty sure we’ll get the pro version now – just needed to show them proof of concept.

Nope – activating the plugin causes the entire website to crash. Something is wrong with the latest couple of versions. I can’t do a post-smtp diagnostic report as the plugin brings down the site. Tried 2.1.6 too and the same thing happens.

I still think the plugin needs to add the box-sizing issue css to its code natively so that it will work with all themes. Hopefully you’ll do that in an update.

I added that CSS to the customizer instead and it repaired the issue.

So is this a problem with my theme? I can let them know there is an issue with Getwid and GeneratePress if so.

Or do you have plans to ensure box-sizing is added to the Getwid columns?

hi – it’s an older theme – Woothemes Canvas which is probably the problem but I can’t test it in something else as it is live.
