wow.. I had shrunk the firefox browser windows width and it had disappeared.
and now that I stretched the Firefox browser width, sidebar appeared.

That might not be user friendly.
Is that normal?

Any other ways to let the user know there are more options (side bar options) on the screen that is missing?

Yes, saw the version being behind and had a suspicious a need to upgrade.

Wonder why in dashboard it kept saying:
wordpress version: Last checked on October 14, 2013 at 5:18 am.
You have the latest version of WordPress.
and check again button does not do much to version status.

I’ll upgrade wordpress and see.

disabled Restricted Site Access plugin and I still don’t see reply or submit comment form
