Better late than never I guess lol. ACF qTranslate adds new “Field Type”s in standard ACF. So you need to set up fields that are of type qTranslate->Text/TextArea/WYSIWYG/Image

Not sure if this issue is resolved for you guys but I’m using href=”<?php echo pll_home_url(); ?>” and it works fine
