Test site to be transferred

    At the moment I have a test site on a free hosting server. This is going to be transferred to another host soon. Should I install Malcare on the freehosting server? The issue is that I am supposed to send you my email address – this is fine, but that email will change once the site is transferred to another host. What would you advise? Thank you.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    You have the option to install it on the free server. When the contents are migrated, the MalCare files will also be moved, and you’ll remain on the same domain, allowing us to automatically recognize the changes in the server IP. If you need more assistance, I’d request you to kindly email us and provide additional context by opening a ticket with us from here.

    Moreover, even if our email service stops working, you can always log in to Freshdesk and access your tickets.
