I tried some different themes and confirmed that this is a Thesis problem. I also discovered the paid version of the plug-in, but a comment from the paid plug-in site suggests that the Thesis issue still isn’t resolved. I’d be happy to pay for this plug-in…just waiting until there is a fix or at least some solid instructions on how to resolve the Thesis problems.
