No. Nothing was changed/updated in the dashboard. I think this is happening after the WordPress 5.7 or 5.8 update. Please check and fix asap. Thank you

I would suggest to use an older version of the plugin. It works perfect.

I faced the same issue and downloaded a previous version that worked perfect.
