@jeejoh as crstauf said, you can edit your htaccess:

Replace RewriteRule ^ https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301] by RewriteRule ^ https://www.%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301]

By default there’s no recaptcha in WordPress, check it may be from your hosting.

P.S: if yes, then use ftp/cpanel and change the plugin folder name (even by adding an “a”) and login.

(After fix you can revert back the name change and go to setting of the plugin, Rename Login Page feature under Brute Force settings and set the new address.)

This is a theme problem, if you want fix it yourself, try edit the file:
1.go to your cpanel or ftp
2.open header.php in /home/spinaliv/public_html/wp-content/themes/salient/
3. Find $_SERVER[HTTP_USER_AGENT] in first line, simple replace it by $_SERVER['HTTP_USER_AGENT']

then, it should be fixed…

Do you using any Security Plugin/system? Sure the REST api work ok, check it in health of wordpress.
