I’m sorry guys, i’m not good with php and all that. I hope its not too much to ask if you guys could help me out as to what i have to do here? I have two fields “name and lastname” and i want it to be in the applicants mails greeting like “hello name lastname, …”

This worked. Now i have only one problem left. In the mail for applicants it says “hi applicant-name” – but i have 2 form fields – one for the surname and the lastname – is there a way to have it display both names?

Well don’t forget i still have the issue that applicants don’t receive an email after sending the application form.

its german but you will see that i have email added. Yet theres no confirmation mail sent to the address i provide as a applicant.

Ok so i tried to reproduce the bug, but now it didn’t come up again. I just tried to add a name field basically and that seems to work fine.

The bug occured when i tried to add a checkbox field for gdpr consent like “i consent to my data being processed” thing. When i tried to add that to the already published jobs it made the whole application form part disappear in frontend.

Speaking of that: you have some privacy stuff in the settings, but it would be cool if there was an option to do the consent checkbox right there. Maybe even with the possibility to have a link in the text saying “for our privacy guidelines click here” and then i can chose the page which it goes to.

Consider that maybe a feature request. ??

Oh yeah and having the ability to change stuff globally to already published listings would be a huge deal. ??

Oh btw while we’re at it: Is there a way to change the application form fields for all existing jobs globally? I just realised i forgot something and for one its tedious enough to go through all job listings and add it by hand, but also theres a bug, that when i do add something manually in the listing, the entire application form fields disappear in the front end. I then have to delete and add the job all over again. :/

Well i actually didn’t realise there is already a confirmation mail being sent to the applicant. When i test it with my private mail, i don’t get any mail, although the option is ticked in the settings?

So i don’t know the content of that specific mail, but if it contains a “your application has been received” and preferably with the “this is what you filled out” that would exactly what i need.

Question only then remains is, why it’s not working? :/

oh and yes, i bought the mail addon thingy too.

As far as i can tell in your case that would also mean to add the whole sidebar only on the categories, whereas i only meant the one element in my otherwise default sidebar.

Couldn’t find the option you had in your screenshot nevertheless, so i gave up and ended up adding every single category by hand.

You might wanna think about adding a way to make this possible or more easy.

By the way – for the moment i guess we would be fine with a simple popup that makes the videos unusable unless you click to accept the data compliance text or something like that.

Meaning some form of usage-wall with Text i can define myself (including the ability to link to the privacy policy site, or at least use html links within the textfield) and buttons.
