Another thing is that it only happens with Subscriptions (we are using the Woocommerce Subscriptions plugin).

in Single products it works fine.

I replaced:

$footer_scripts = preg_replace('/\(function\(\){var t=tinyMCEPreInit,sl=tinymce.ScriptLoader.*/', '', $footer_scripts);

With:

$footer_scripts = htmlspecialchars_decode ($footer_scripts);

By the way, I disabled the TinyMCE Advanced option to remove the <p> but no luck.
