Forget to mention, what you’re trying to achieve can be dome via GetResponse dashboard. They have an option to replace their Thank you page with your own custom page.

OptinForms doesn’t have that functionality yet, but I think it can be done via mailchimp. Create a custom thank you page on your website > login to mailchimp > redirect the thank you to the one hosted on your site.

Adding the ability to add an image / book cover is something we are thinking of adding in Free version, instead of PRO. Because the paid version might be a little different than the Free one.

Yes, we plan to make it ConvertKit compatible soon (probably within next few months).
