Thank you. I checked under Settings, List fields and Merge tags and there the field names are correct (in German).

The URL to the signup form is https://us8.admin.mailchimp.com/lists/designer/?id=410441

The URL of the site: https://www.swisstravelclub.ch/ (the form is on the landing page when you scroll down on the left)

Thank you for your quick reply.
I did translate the “general form” in my mailchimp account and there, the form is fine (in German), however, the changes aren’t transferred to the form on the website. Although they are connected and when someone subscribes to the list on the website, it adds them to the list on mailchimp.

What could be the problem?
