It’s freehostingcloud. Is there any way I can change my host without losing anything? Also, if I can’t access my host FTP, how do I disable these plugins? I need step-by-step, because FTP is confusing.

My host is unavailable for some reason.

Sorry, I have to keep bumping this one, I can’t just let my site die before it even started. And I looked online, and everyone says that a “500 Internal Service Error” has something to do with a .htaccess file. I DON”T KNOW WHAT THAT IS! I have 0 knowledge of html, so this isn’t something I can fix on my own!
