1. Update the MetForm plugin, please.

2. If you are using ReCaptcha V3, I would request to use ReCaptcha V2 for the time being.

3. Clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one. Also look for the Object Cache from your server, please.

I apologize there is no way to add a custom hook. I would request to go to the plugin Details page and add this idea as a Feature Request. We will try to add this feature in near future.

I would request to submit your nice idea as a feature request on the plugin Details page > Request a feature. We will try to add this feature in near future.

The Header and Footer of ElementsKit are created this way to override your existing theme header and footer. The condition is set to the Current Theme if it doesn’t match the mentioned theme in the activator.php file. Moreover, it’s compatible with all kinds of themes. You can also customize the Header and Footer with the Elementor page builder without our pre-made layouts.

Feel free to let us know which theme you are using or if you face any issues with the ElementsKit Header and Footer.

It may happen due to cache or environmental conflict on your end. I would request to run a conflict test on your site.

1. Please make sure to clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one.

2. Switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using.

3. If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugin. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for?ElementsKit?and?Elementor?to check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue In this way you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.

If the issue persists even after that, let us know your system info from Elementor > System Info, please. In this regard, we expect your kind patience and cooperation. Looking forward to your response.

It would be great if you could show us any screenshots/screen recordings/links of your required feature. In most cases, it may happen due to cache. Please make sure to clear all the cache from your website including any plugin, browser, server, or CDN (eg. Cloudflare) also try disabling the Cache/Optimization plugin for some time if you are using one.

Now for the next step, please reset the Permalink from Settings. Select one link structure and save it, after that select the previous link and save it again. See the video, please.

I would request to use WPClone plugin to move your site to subdomain easily.

Step-1: Install WPclone plugin to your main domain finedeal4all.com. Create a backup. After creating the backup you will get a url to copy.

Step-2: Install the same WPclone plugin to your subdomain transportedge.finedeal4all.com. From the WPClone plugin restore the site by the url copied in step-1. Hope it solve your issue.
