Hi @zedd9165,
Hope you’re doing great. It could be an environmental conflict with the Theme and plugins you’re using. I would request to run a conflict test with the following steps:
- Switch your theme to a default theme like 2020 or Hello Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your issue, that means the issue is related to the theme you are using.
- If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugins. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for ElementsKit, and Elementor to check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue In this way you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
Let us know your update, please.

ArifHi?@aertrick ,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
The problem of the “Something Went Wrong” response on form Submission usually occurs if some important configuration were not done or missed. The most possible reason for this problem and also a solution for this problem is given below-
- While configuring the Metform form, please make sure that at least one functionality like Store Entries or Admin Notification; that will allow you to store submissions is Enabled on the Form configuration section. Moreover, you need to make sure that the Submissions are getting stored. Please check this screenshot for a better understanding.
- If the?Admin Notification?is enabled, then please make sure that a valid email address is included to receive the user data on that Email. You need to add at least one email on the?Email To?field (screenshot).
- If the SMTP is configured properly, then please leave the Email field blank. Entering inappropriate Emails in this field can lead to a ‘Something Went Wrong’ error.
- Sometimes due to caching plugins, you may also experience the ‘Something Went Wrong’ issue. In that case, please clear caches from your site and check if the problem still persists.
- Try resetting the permalink by selecting one random structure and saving it, after that, select the previous link and save it again. You can follow this video.
I hope the issue will be solved after following the above configuration.
Best Regards,

Hi @mmazhari,
I hope you are well. Usually, these third-party sites scan and measure the website’s performance with a bot. Moreover, it’s a suggestion. Have you seen the improvement explanation (screenshot)? It’s pointing out the nav menu animations. Not only this but any website in the world will be detected as slow due to animation effects.
It describes some of the CSS property unsupported, but it’s the most commonly used property in the CSS world.
It would be highly appreciated if you kindly specify the matter of How the plugin is not optimized and is not working efficiently with Elementor. Your site performance score is 63% and your structure is 95%! If there are any issues with the SEO/UX and web core vitals, then how the structure is scoring 95%? It doesn’t make sense to me.
Site performance can be optimized in multiple ways. It depends on the Hosting Server, PHP Memory Limit, images, contents, etc. You can learn more from open sources.
If there is anything I missed on your points, advise me, please. We are happy to help.
Regards
Arif

In reply to: [ElementsKit Elementor Addons and Templates] 2AF wrong redirectHi @thomas1999,

Hi?@elo8617,
I apologize for the inconvenience. We are concerned about the issue. It’s happening due to the latest versions of the Elementor. If you notice the error file location, it belongs to the Elementor end. The same issue appeared a few months ago but it resolved automatically after the Elementor version update.
As a workaround solution, please disable the module from ElementsKit > Module > One Page Scroll (screenshot), if you are not using the “One page scroll” and see if the issue exists or not.
Our Dev Team is highly alert regarding the issue. If there are any solutions from our end, we will update the plugin accordingly. I appreciate your kind cooperation and patience.
Kind Regards,

Greetings! Sorry for the inconvenience.
Please make sure that there is no internal conflict with the Theme or Plugins you’re using. I would suggest running a conflict test with the following steps:
1. Switch your theme to a default theme like?2020?or?Hello Elementor?and check if the issue still persists.
2. If switching to the default theme also doesn’t help, then please check if there are any conflicts between the installed plugins. To troubleshoot the issue, please deactivate other plugins except for?ElementsKit, and?Elementor?to check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue In this way you will be able to detect which one causes the problem.
3. Try after changing the permalink from Settings.

Hi @mmazhari
Thanks for sharing the details. According to your site performance, I can see the MegaMenu is loading within as usual time even lower than other elements (screenshot).
I would like to inform you that we have implemented industry-standard code practices as well as minified, optimized code to get the best out of it. To get the lightweight of the plugin you can disable the widgets and modules that you are not using on your site. That will disable all associated assets of those widgets to improve your site loading speed. Please check this?screenshot.

ArifHi,
There are a few options you can check in the WP mail smtp plugin. WP Mail SMTP supports different mailer options, such as SMTP, SendinBlue, and other email services. Changing the mailer to one of these supported options can resolve the issue. To do this, go to the WP Mail SMTP settings in your WordPress dashboard and update the mailer settings to use SMTP or another supported mailer.
Ensure that your email configuration (SMTP settings, sender email, etc.) is correctly set up within WP Mail SMTP. You can also get help from your hosting support regarding this matter.

Arif
