We’ve resolved the issue with our Ninja Forms core plugin. If you’re using one of our other add-ons, you may still experience the issue. We’re working to resolve the issue with all our add-ons shortly.

In the meantime, please disable WordPress debug so you won’t encounter the issue.

I was able to replicated the issue on your website here: https://silcgroup.com/contact/.

If you’d like to display the “Please correct errors before submitting this form” error message on another form, go to Form Settings → Advanced → Display Settings → Advanced. Enter the same message in the “Please correct errors before submitting this form” box, or leave this box empty without adding any spaces.

This way, the form will display the default error message, just like the other one you have.

If the issue persists even after making the changes, please open a support ticket on our website and send us the exported copy of the form so we can take a closer look at the issue and find a solution.
