Well, we have custom implementation where we intercept URL and serve the page using PHP function via plugin, and as you said the URL isn’t a post/custom type.

Is it possible to purge that particular page? Purge all page cache is too expensive.

First of all, thank you for the plugin! Its doing a great job!

I encounter the same experience too as Brandon. With high volume of traffic and due to the admin-ajax.php being a POST, cache is skipped (We are using managed WordPress hosting). And those requests buildup the php workers and max out our CPU. But it’s fine when you only have normal incoming traffic.

I dont think Add-Meta-Tags plugin support Google Analytics code.

Try install another plugin specific for inserting Analytics code ex: Google Analytics for WordPress

Try verify it using HTML file upload

Can you try disabling your plugins one by one, and see if the error is gone?

Login into your admin dashboard > Pages > Add New ?

Can you post the functions.php code here?
