Currently, attaching a PDF file with the event program to the confirmation email is not possible. However, you can manually include a download link in the email template as a workaround https://prnt.sc/Fm9zItSIW4-Z This will be sent to all attendees globally.

The latest report shows no issues with Eventin. It shows the Avada theme’s cart overridden report. If the issue persists, as you mentioned in the first reply, please follow the PINNED post and reach out to us.

We’re really sorry for the issue you’re facing. Yes, there is a known timezone-related issue in Template 1, and we’re actively working on a fix that will be included in the next update. Please allow us some time to resolve this.
In the meantime, you can fix this manually by following the steps in this example video:
