Go to Eventin Settings > Attendees
Disable the Attendee Registration: https://prnt.sc/wZ2YMlj0GW4i
However, please note that this will also affect attendee generation. If disabled, attendees will not be generated, but the booking will still be successful. More details here: https://prnt.sc/9yt9RwWfHajI

The “Speaker Already Exists” error usually occurs when the email you’re using for the new speaker is already associated with an existing user in WordPress.
Can you please check if the email is already listed in your Users section in the WordPress dashboard? Since Eventin prevents multiple users with the same email, you may need to use a different one to create a new speaker.

Yes, you can fully customize the event page using our Eventin Template Builder. With this feature, you can adjust fonts, images, descriptions, and even modify or remove the event title as needed—all with requiring the Pro version. Simply go to the Template Builder menu and create your preferred layout.
Regarding the description, it should display by default if you’ve added content in the Event Description section. And template one will be visible to you without any issues. If it’s not appearing, there might be an issue with your setup. Also, the link you shared is returning a 404 error: Screenshot.

Yes, it’s possible! You can allow users to book a seat without making a payment by setting the ticket price to 0.
However, if you use custom CSS to hide the Ticket Price, Subtotal, and Total, they may still appear on the checkout page, and users will need to complete the payment process.??
If you don’t need ticket QR codes, you can use our RSVP feature instead. This allows users to RSVP without dealing with pricing or payments. You can check out the documentation here:

Thanks for reaching out! The issue is likely due to Litespeed Cache optimizing or delaying essential scripts related to the ticketing section.
To fix this, please try the following:
1?? Exclude the Single Event Page from Cache – Add /etn/* to the Cache Exclusions in Litespeed Cache > Exclude.
2?? Exclude JavaScript File – Go to Litespeed Cache > Page Optimization and exclude purchase-module.js from optimization.
3?? Clear Cache – Purge all caches from Litespeed settings and check if the issue is resolved.

Currently, attaching a PDF file with the event program to the confirmation email is not possible. However, you can manually include a download link in the email template as a workaround https://prnt.sc/Fm9zItSIW4-Z This will be sent to all attendees globally.
