Thanks for reaching out!. Currently this plugin does not support lower funnel events for WooCommerce. For eCommerce platform, we do support “Easy Digital Downloads” and “WP eCommerce”. We will continuously expand the list. And in order to better integrate the Facebook Pixel under WooCommerce, we strongly suggest client install our “Facebook for WooCommerce” at the moment. However, we will also take your input and consider to put the WooCommerce plugin under .org repo.

Thanks for the screen cap and flagging this to us! It is unfortunate that the update makes the previous version deactivated. This is our first time putting this plugin onto the WordPress and we do want to continuously improve the plugin and make it easier to maintain and integrate. Please manually reactivate the plugin in the meantime, while we are finding ways to solve this. Thanks again!

Hi, are you using any cache that blocking the update / display?

On the other hand, I suggest you can also update the WP Options directly, you may download plugin that can help to update the WP Options, e.g. “tweak option” plugin. Download and activate the plugin and go to Tools > Tweak Option. Search for option named “facebook_config” and update the value. Please be reminded that the value is json-encoded, so you may also need to update the number before the pixel ID, e.g.:
a:2:{s:8:"pixel_id";s:<NUMBER>:"<PIXEL_ID>";s:7:"use_pii";s:1:"1";}
NUMBER: the length of the pixel id
PIXEL_ID: your pixel code

Hi, we updated the plugin such that we are now also supporting php 5.3 onwards. The error should be gone for you if you are using php 5.3+. Thanks!
