Thanks for your patience. From investigation, we discovered that this happens when you close the pop up at the end of the flow. Instead, you should click on the Done button. We are working in UI changes to improve this experience.

Hi @shaun1010, we recently update the requirements for the extension.

You must have PHP Version:7.2 or higher, and WordPress Version:5.7 or higher.

Hi @redmatters, there is a delay in events appearing on events manager. But I have checked, and we are receiving Server events for your pixel.
