If you have wp-cli installed, try these steps:

1. wp plugin install nginx-champuru
2. wp plugin activate nginx-champuru

# shell, my conf
3. wp option update nginxchampuru-enable_flush 1
4. wp option update nginxchampuru-publish single

# browser at /wp-admin
5. Check menu item on admin sidebar
