In reply to: [Astra] Search button not working after update to 4.4.1I had no time for futher investigation, but on my two websites the issue is still present, even after upgrade to 4.5.1.
Instead of arguing about the fact that a user has continued this thread (which makes more sense to me than opening a new one for the same problem!) can you tell us if and when it will be resolved?
Thank you

In reply to: [LearnPress - WordPress LMS Plugin] Print layout@augustus09 Hello, the issue is not related to my site but to the plugin that have a bad layout when printing.
You can see it also in the demo site, example: https://demo-learnpress.thimpress.com/learnpress/lp-courses/the-ultimate-guide-to-the-best-wordpress-lms-plugin/lessons/standard-lesson-with-text-and-images-copy/If you try to print that page you will see that the result is unreadable

In reply to: [LearnPress - WordPress LMS Plugin] Backend: Add Item Course Showing NothingHello there,
any news about the fix of this issue?@webtoffee wow! Thanks for the quick response, very appreciated!
@duracelltomi yes I’ve followed your guide.
But beyond Analytics, what I find when activating the Tag Manager debugging is that events related to cart are not fired.
Maybe I’m missing something, but also on your sandbox web site I don’t see any event when I begin the checkout at https://woo.gtm4wp.dev/checkout
Events gtm4wp.checkoutStepEEC, gtm4wp.checkoutOptionEEC and gtm4wp.orderCompletedEEC are fired only when a user complete the checkout and pay. I was expecting that checkoutStepEEC began when a user open the cart and then go to the checkout page.
Hello, I have a similar issue, it seems that cart events like gtm4wp.checkoutOptionEEC and gtm4wp.checkoutStepEEC are not working.
In my case I see events from gtm4wp.addProductToCartEEC and gtm4wp.removeFromCartEEC but any action on the cart and checkout process is not fired.
Any suggestion?

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Add to cart ajax filter event not workingI had a similar response from the author of my theme (Flora):
We are sorry but we have never seen this issue before.
However, this theme does only one thing with the ‘woocommerce_add_to_cart_fragments’ to update the cart in the dropdown menu after adding the product to the cart. It is the standard WooCommerce action.
In my case the issue is present also when I disable the ajax cart.
However, I have already spent far too much time on this issue. I moved all the management of the Pixel to Google Tag, using the Google Tag Manager for WordPress plugin, injecting the Woocommerce data into the datalayer (it’s also convenient for Google Analytics) and then using the Simo Ahava template for Facebook Pixel.
I have to find a solution for product sync, but for the moment it’s not a priority.
Sorry to give up but I ran out of time to test, I know you are working on a version that supports the Server-Side API, I will try your plugin again when it becomes available

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Add to cart ajax filter event not working@skyverge I’ve tested with Storefront and I confirm that using that theme it works fine.
So it must be something related to the theme, even if at this point not only to mine, since @engineerized has the same problem with a different theme.
I’m also investigating the problem with the developers of the theme, maybe you can work together for understand what’s wrong. Here is the link to the discussion: https://themeforest.net/comments/24257465

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Add to cart ajax filter event not workingI have the same issue: when I enable the plugin, the Add to Cart ajax action is not working anymore.
Products are added to cart but users are not aware about this.I’ve tried also to deactivate the pixel code, by using:
add_filter('facebook_for_woocommerce_integration_pixel_enabled', '__return_false', 20);
but the issue remains. so it’s not related to pixel JS code but due to other modification of woocommerce.
Any suggestion on how to solve is very welcome

In reply to: [Stripe Payment Plugin for WooCommerce] Issue with required fieldsHello @webtoffee no, i confirm that the translation is not working.
One thing, the message I’m seeing is “Please fill in all the required fields”
But in Loco Translate I have “Please fill in required checkout fields first”, that’s a different string.
I’ve tried many times to do a resync but the correct string is not present in Loco Translate

In reply to: [Stripe Payment Plugin for WooCommerce] Issue with required fieldsHi @webtoffee, thanks for the quick update. I see that now a message “Please fill in all the required fields” appears when a user doesn’t not compile all the required fields.
This is a generic message, while other payment methods specify which fields are missing, I think it depends on how you interact with Woocommerce, but this is not a big problem: the important thing is that a message appears.
I’d rather like the message to be translatable, since my shop is in Italian. I tried to translate the label with Loco Translate, but I still see it in English.
Do you have any suggestions on how to translate it?
Thanks
