Yes, I’ve understood your explanation how it should work and this of course make sense to me. But it does not really work as you explained as you can see in the gif.

I’ve checked my website, it doesn’t have any javascript problem. The bug is still there in the latest version. The plain text option will only be displayed if I click on the “apply to all” toggle (without changing it).

You‘re right concerning the error. I just got this email as I was on the settings page.

But the plain text option is still not shown although the apply to EM option is activated. If I click on this toggle (without changing it!) suddenly the option will appear. This way the option will also appear if the apply to EM option is deactivated. There seems to be a bug.

there were some changes concerning the gateways in the latest EM Pro versions (esp 2.6.5). Might it now be possible to deactive all gateways for specific events?

unfortunately there is still an issue in this plugin. I’ve tried to create an event without the ability to book tickets. However, it shows the error “please select at least one payment gateway” when trying to publish the event although the list of payment gateways is not even shown.

Are there any updates on this topic? It still does not work! I really can’t recommend the support.

as I have written in the EM Pro forum, I’ve tried to use your provided snippet to add a reply-to address to the outgoing emails. Unfortunately, it does not works but shows a list of errors when trying to send an email via the bookings page. Could you please tell me what I’m doing wrong in this case? I am using SMTP for sending emails.

The permissions of the dlm_uploads folder are as follows:
owner: read, write, execute
group: read, execute
public: read, execute
num: 755

Reinstallation did not solve the problem. This issue still exists.

Thanks for your clarification. What exactly is the problem of adding the reply-to field to both the customer and the admin emails?

I really like your work for this and other plugins but I won‘t need all those upcoming premium features. It would be very nice if you added the reply-to field to the free version, too as this is more a basic function than all the other features.
