Jokes aside, I just tried your suggestion and I get the following error: Optimize installation not found

Note that I logged out of WordPress before running the Optimise checks even if it was not mentioned in your list.

Allowed all users in Site Kit, logged out of WordPress.

Allowed the Optimize extension in incognito mode, allowed all cookies in incognito (needed for Optimize check to work as well), checked the installation. Got the same Optimize installation not found error.

1. I just tried it and it gives the same error
2. I’m not able to do this on my end because whenever I try to “check the installation” in Optimize on an incognito window, I get a message telling me to “install the Optimize Chrome extension”, then I click install and I see the extension is already there but with a message telling that you can’t install extensions in incognito: https://imgur.com/3jo3Q5N

Hi James, I sent another Loom showing my Optimize settings. They are linked to the UA property. In fact, the GA property isn’t even available in the settings dropdown in Optimize.

I just went ahead and deactivated every plugin on the site except Site Kit and I still get the error. I sent Loom of my Analytics properties as well through the form.

The ids seem to be correct but I noticed that the GA4 property does not seem linked to Optimize.

Thanks for the quick reply. I just sent a Loom link via the form.

For reference, it was working with Polylang active before yesterday.

When I look at the header code in the console, I see a lot of googletagmanager related code and the nalytics snippet (old and GA4) but can’t see the Optimize snippet. If that can help.

Unfortunately it shows the same error with the Polylang deactivated and me logged out.

Thanks for the reply. I actually read a few topics here and tried that already. Did it again just now and I confirm that I get the same error when logged out.
I just submitted my site health info through the online form.
