Our Player will support .mp4 using h.264, and .flv video. LightWindow will support the use of flash objects so in theory light window should be able to play the video extensions we support. We will look into what it would take to add LightWindow support. If there is enough demand for this update then we can add it to our list of future updates. Thank you for bringing this possible update to my attention.
Hello dvpro. I am not sure if lightbox supports flash. I think lightwindow does though. This can be seen at https://www.p51labs.com/lightwindow/
Could you give us a use case for this please. That would help us figure out if supporting LightWindow is a viable option for a possible future update. For example “A user would come to my blog and select an image or a text link and a pop up window would come up playing the video that is attached to that link.”
Also why would you want to use lightwindow? Is this just for aesthetic reasons or is there a technical reason for using this.
Any information you can give would be greatly appreciated. And the more information the better.
On a side note; when we first thought of creating a wordpress option it was mainly to see if out customers would be interested. We are glad to see that you like our product and hope you keep using it.
Hello, this has now been fixed. Thank you for reporting.
Hello rckelsey,
In this current release of the plug-in that is currently not an option we support. You can however upload videos to an existing EZWebPlayer.com account then you can use the EZWebPlayer WordPress Pro Video Plugin to place that video onto your wordpress blog.
Hello, my apologies. On publishing the plugin-in it seems it does not work when downloaded from the plug-ins directory. We should have this fixed by Tuesday at the latest. In the meantime, you can upload the plugin to your blog. Here is the link to the file –
