Hi, sorry for the delay, I got the time to test the previous versions of the nimble builder and it is the 1.6.7 that is the last working one, 1.7.0 is starting to show the issue and nothing better to the current one.

I don’t see any network activity to a Nimble api site. There are no network errors. tried in Chrome, same issues, different error messages (about a facebook frame – not sure how this link to Nimble builder).
I will work with the old version and will try every new version you publish.

Hi, thank you for you attention on my post. I have tried this yesterday (re upgrade, switch to theme nineteenth), then did it again today, same result. I have another wordpress on the same MAMP server that had the 1.7.3 and I didn’t notice it because I have been already through the early design steps, and it presents the same issues. Upgrading to 1.7.4 does not fix it.
On the latest wordpress, there is nothing installed, I have removed all plugins but the nimble builder, and themes, only the current wordpress default themes and customizr. I started a child them but I removed it too, so it is pretty naked. cleared the caches several times of course.
On the plugin archive, the latest available is 1.4.13 and it works well.
I am on a Mac OS and I use safari as primary navigator, all things at the latest release. PHP 7 on the server. if you give me access to the whole nimble builder history, let say starting 1.7.0, I can test each of them and quickly give you an update to help to narrow down the change when the issue happened : I think there is only one in fact, and it is around the “sandbox” flags. In the minified script it is very difficult to locate it. I am ready to reverse engineer a little bit this part but you are in the better place with the sources at hand directly with all the comments around. or is there a git where I can have a look ?

downgrading to previous version seems to fix these issues.

It worked, by simply removing the slimstat folder, it brought the site back to life.

Strange enough that I got this error on only one of my sites. I will try to remove the plugin via ftp.

the simpler, as a prerequisite of the wordpress install, is to install WAMPServer because there is all what you need : apache HTTP web serveur, PHP and MySQL. Once you have installed WAMPServer, you go to phpmyadmin (web interface to mysql written in php) to create a database and add a user with all priviledges on this DB. this is the place where you setup the user as “local”. then you report these information : the dababase name, the user and the password in the WP setup.

define your user in mysql as “localhost” only instead of “%” from anywhere. could help.

That’s it : the user has to be local, in phpmyadmin, user privedges, select “local”, and it works !

I have exactly the same issue, with a fresh download of wp package.
The db I have created for wp is ok from phpmyadmin and from mysql console.
I have tried the root tip with the same result.
