Since only logged-in user are able to post the questions, you will be able to see the username and get their email from the WordPress admin, plus first and last name as well if you receive that data from the signup.

We do not use an API, we use inbuilt utilities of WordPress and WooCommerce to add the question. You will have to get the APIs developed to do this, FYI questions and answers are stored under post meta of the product posts.
