May be you have inserted the popup into your page? I have had this issue in the past. Try to use “Popup display rules” with your events and remove the shortcode from the page content. It works for me.
This worked for me ??
Options -> Lightbox Defaults -> Image Click Action -> Do Nothing -> Save.If you have other slideshow galleries you want to open Lightbox (not widgets) then Edit Page -> Click on shortcode icon -> uncheck “Use default options” -> Lightbox -> Image click action -> Open Lightbox.
This means you don’t open the lightbox by default (also for widgets) and you don’t use this default value and add custom one for other galleries.
This may be conflict with other plugins/themes. I also used to have this issue.
Try this: Options > General > Generate Shortcode, select gallery and configure it then click “Generate” and copy and paste into your post(text mode). There are options to change them: Themes > Light/Dark > Lightbox > Control buttons color/Control buttons height
Il faut donc passer votre message en mode texte brut (“désactiver l’éditeur WYSIWYG”)
Cela fonctionne pour moi:
[sg_popup id="419" event="click"]Télécharger notre plaquette[/sg_popup]
ou
<span class="sg-popup-id-419">Click text</span>
There is an option Popup Options > Popup showing limitation > Popup showing count. You can set it 1 to show the popup once.

In reply to: [Tabby Responsive Tabs] Can not use the pluginSo this means that I need to install one of the Optional Add-On to use your plugin? It doesn’t give me any functionality independently?
