Mike, it worked! Thank you SO much. You are a star!! xx Nat
I upgraded my another web site to WP 4.2.2 and the stats don’t display at all.
I’ve looked at all options in the plugin’s Settings, but can’t find how to switch them on.
Any ideas? ThanksForum: Plugins
In reply to: [Visitor Maps and Who's Online] Total Visitors countGo to the plugin’s Settings.
Then look for the option:
“Days to store visitor data: [ 30 ]”The help to this field says “Days to store visitor data in database table. This data is used for the geolocation maps. Default is 30 days.”
Change 30 to a larger number and see if that helps.
I noticed the same happened to many web sites, some examples – scroll to the bottom:

Okay, I see in the plugin’s page “Requires: 3.5 or higher”. May be that’s the reason?
Oh thank you SO much!!
I put the suggested code above the 802 line and it worked, thank you so much.I fixed about a hundred of similar issues due to my hosting provider’s PHP upgrade but could not find a solution for that line! ??
Thanks again ??
Cheers,
NatalieHi,
I get the same message you mentioned. Have not reactivated the plugin yet though. Was thinking about deactivating it completely if I can’t find a fix.I also asked in the forum. May be somebody can advise the solution.

In reply to: [Broken Link Checker] Broken Link Checker installation failed.Thanks Cheryl for sharing!
I found this tool – Xenu link checker. One of wordpress hosting providers recommend it on their web site. It’s a manual tool too.
So yeah, one more task to Remember the Milk! ??Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [WP-PostRatings] [Plugin: WP-PostRatings] Rating stars show up verticallyGlad it helped, Christina! ??
Cheers,
NatOk, guys, I think I found the reason for that behaviour!
I looked at the generated page source and at
plugins/wp-postratings/wp-postratings.php
file.
In the file there is a line:<meta itemprop="description" content="'.$post_excerpt.'">
This gave me a clue about the reason – shortcodes insert into that post_excert!
I opened a post in wordpress admin and entered a plain text into “Excerp” text area. Saved, and this fixed that bug!
I tried it only with 1 post, will do it with others.
Try it, hopefully it works for you!Cheers,
Nat(I almost uninstalled it! Just decided to give it a last try :-D)

In reply to: [WP-PostRatings] [Plugin: WP-PostRatings] Rating stars show up verticallyHi vetpeter,
I added this to my css file and it made stars to align horizontally:
/* Post Ratings */
.post-ratings IMG, .post-ratings-loading IMG, .post-ratings-image IMG {
display: inline;
}Cheers
NatHi J-Reese,
Thanks for sharing, so it’s not only me! ??I noticed that if I have only
[caption]
in the text, then ratings display normally.I’m thinking about using another plugin for ratings. If you are going to use another one, please share which one you chosen.
Cheers,
