i have read that link already. my front page is enabled. I also tried adding your php shortcodes and nothing changed.

This part isn’t clear – “In addition, your theme’s front page template must use the_excerpt() or the_content() methods to show/load the excerpts. We use this method’s hook to add the rating code.”

How do i change my template so that the excerpts will load?
