Thanks for the reply, yes I know it would be helpful with the actual site but unfortunately I cannot release this as per client instruction.

Im not sure what has happened as over the past few weeks there has been no updates done to plugin, no new plugins installed and wordpress has not been updated.

I have cleared cache and there was no change. I will start disabling other plugins as you suggested to see if that makes a difference.

The strange thing is that the changes I have made are visable when I am logged into wordpress and view the site from there but if I log out and try none of the changes are registered?

I already have the height and width attributes set to 1080×280. I have been playing around with the settings to try and fix this and I previously had it set to Nivo but I have changed it to R.Slides and it has not completely fixed the issue but it has made it better. Instead of loading every single image in my slider, it only loads the first image slightly off center for that second and then once loaded everything looks normal. Very weird but it is better than it was previously.

Okay, I have posted the same topic on their support forum to see if that yields any results. Im sure its something I have done, I have a logo carousel at the bottom of the page and it is doing the exact same thing, I have drastically reduced the size of the images and they are still loading vertically too for some reason.

Thanks for the reply, I did what you suggested and it is still doing the same thing. They still stack vertically when I refresh the page before loading normally into the meta slider order.

Thanks for that, I tried and it didn’t really achieve what I need, if I understood you correctly that is. Here is the section that I have below, I have added screen shots of the section and its corresponding section on page builder…

On the page you can see the 4 boxes, which will have image backgrounds, which are slightly darkened to highlight the text, these then link to different pages, if I was leaving it at that everything would be perfect, it functions as it should, however one wont be available for some time, meaning I need the Supsystic pop up.

Is there anyway of performing this action that I have missed or do I need to rethink how to make this happen?
