An instead of the confirmation email I get this message email from the system
Subject:Appointment status could not be changed
Paypal confirmation arrived, but status could not be changed for some reason. Please check appointment with ID 115

It is really weird because the system is sending reminders to remind the appointments but is not sending the main confirmation after paid…
It is really weird. maybe something with PayPal?

I did what you told me and I did 2 live transactions and I didn’t’ got any confirmation about the appointment.
Status: Paid

The payment is set to be charge by my paypal acc and the payment goes through.
The status of an appointment when customer books and pay is on the “Active” tab and the status is “Paid”

Hi everyone,
Problem solved on my end. The PHP version I had was 5.3 and I changed it to version 5.6 and the problem is solved.
Contact your hosting provider and ask them to update your PHP version. It may solve the issue. Most of the plugins work with PHP 5.6 version

Hello to all.
I had the same issue but now is fixed on my end.

In my case the issue causing the contact form 7 no sending and keep looping was caused by WPML Multilingual Plugin.

If you have WPML Multilingual Plugin running on your site, here is the code to add to the functions.php

Add this code to the theme’s functions.php (wp-contnet/themes/theme-name/functions.php):

add_filter( ‘wpcf7_load_js’, ‘__return_false’ );

I hope it fix your issue as well.

Thank you for your reply. I had changed the theme, deactivate all the plugins, replace all files for new one and the issue still there. I can’t export the Yoast Seo settings and all the work I previously did to my new site. Any other help will be appreciate.

Hi There,
The issue was that the link generated by the system goes to a 404 error page.

I did a transaction on my end and it works now. I don’t if the system didn’t register the url for the registration but now is working with my test.

I create a new link to my subscriber from the Tools tab and that link works ok and I was able to finish the subscription.

To be honest I don’t know why it didn’t work at the beginning.

Lets see for next subscriber and see if they have the same issue.
