I have resolved the issue by restoring the folders inside wp-content/uploads/ultimatemember/
It seems a great number of folders had been deleted after the upgrade. I restored them from a backup and now everything is back to normal.
Anyways, the restore fixed the shortcode issue as well for some reason.
Cheers and it would be nice to have a 24 hour turnaround on support, esp for a plugin like yours. It took a week for someone to look at this, which is not very acceptable for a paid plugin at such a price. I had submitted a ticket before posting here. Its a great plugin but deserves better support.
You can even see that it is not a conflict issue as they have been removed from the backend member section for some members as well:
https://prntscr.com/9041aiI have also noticed that if you are in the “delete account” section and type your password then press enter. it says thank you for updating your account and it doesnt actually delete the account. If you instead press the button with a mouse click, it deletes the account as it should. Is there a reason for this?
Any updates? Can we upgrade?
Any confirmation as to whether the new version has overcome this issue? I wanted to know whether to upgrade to the newest version?
cheers.
