Its working if you have a few images attached to one post.
I have one attachment per post.

So i need to get out from the attachment page with this code:
<?php $permalink = get_permalink($post->post_parent); ?>
<?php echo $permalink; ?>

Then i need to go to the next post:
<?php next_post_link(); ?>

Then i need to open attached image in that post:
<?php wp_get_attachment_link( $id, $size, $permalink, $icon, $text );
?>

All that from the attachment page…
I don’t know how to combine it together .

Yes just set the Maximum upload file size to 32MB in Php.ini file
Then when you want to add any image click

Add Media -> at Media Library select -> Uploaded to this post then -> Select Files and Upload

Here you can see a few 8K UHD uploaded images:
