Regarding the logo size changes, you should have basis knowledge of CSS, please go to the theme option Admin > Appearance > Customize > Theme options > Advanced : https://doc.evisionthemes.com/evision-corporate/#item_sub4_7 and add your custom style there to increase / decrease the size.
