Yeah this definitely works. has never had the chart thing working, and re-downloading the plugin from the original site, extracting the open-flash-chart.swf file and uploading it to the plugins section worked straight away.
I would hedge my bets that for those it didn’t work for, it was installed automatically rather than manually.
